If the registered participant cannot attend, someone else may attend in His/her place. (Please contact WAVES Treasurer to make attendee name changes).
If the conference is cancelled by WAVES, the registrant will receive a 100% refund of the conference registration fee.
WAVES shall not be liable to the attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.
