Membership

What is a membership?

Becoming a member organization requires a one-time annual dues payment of $100. Member organizations receive a $150 discount on each conference registration they purchase. Please note that membership alone does not cover individual conference registration fees; each attendee must still purchase a registration.

Is my organization a member?

The WAVES Membership is annual. If your organization has paid for the 2025 membership, you are a member. For any assistance, please email registration@us-waves.org.

How do I obtain my member ID?

In order to obtain a member ID, you will need to purchase the 2025 WAVES Membership. (The previous year’s member ID is not valid for use in this year’s conference as these are annual dues.) For any assistance, please email registration@us-waves.org.

Transportation

Will there be a shuttle?
Shuttle from the Reno/Tahoe Airport to Peppermill:
The shuttle departs from the airport every half hour from 4:15am -11:45pm.  Pick up is at the North exit of the Baggage Claim area.

From Peppermill to the Reno/Tahoe Airport:
The shuttle departs from the Peppermill every half hour from 4:00am – 11:30pm. Pick up is at the valet area outside the Hotel Lobby.
