Greetings!

Hopefully the start of a new academic year has gone smoothly for you! The 2013 WAVES

conference will be here before you know it and the WAVES executive board has been hard at

work developing an agenda that will be both timely and educational for you as a school VA

certifying official. A tentative agenda will be published to the website www.uswaves.org by mid

March, but I wanted to take this opportunity to give you dates and hotel information for travel

budget/planning purposes. You will receive additional information as it becomes available

particularly when the tentative agenda is published.

Conference dates: July 28 – July 31, 2013. NOTE:: July 28th will include Pre-Conference

workshop and Resource Fair. Last conference session will end at 5pm on July 31 st.

Hotel information: Sheraton New Orleans Hotel Room Rate: $125/night (plus tax).

Reservations will be opening soon.

Please keep checking the WAVES website. You will receive another email message when the

agenda has been posted and hotel reservations are available.
